Grief Box - Rebuilding

Rebuilding is a grief box for those who are in their second year post-loss. This box focuses on rebuilding your life after loss. By making goals and focusing on self-care, it is possible to have control of your life again. The products in this box help build a new normal and encourage continuous growth so you can learn to move forward with your grief, instead of being buried in it.

Each box includes:

• 1 Writing Journal with Pen – A great counseling resource when counseling isn’t available. Writing thoughts, feelings, and goals is a great step to begin the healing process.
• 1 Goal/Challenge Journal – A guided journal to help build goals and reestablish new normalcies.
• 1 Book dedicated to the specific loss, this information is collected in the questionnaire at the time of purchase.
• 3 Self-Care Items – Self-care is so important when going through grief, these products help us feel our best selves as mental health isn’t the only important thing in grief, but physical health is too.
• 1 Memorial Item – A generic memorial item is provided but there is also a list of great companies that make personalized memorial items.
• Resources – These resource items are provided based on the answers given in the questionnaire. These range from financial guidance, counseling, legal, assistance, and more.
